On December 16, 2020, Conch Venture signed an investment framework agreement with Leizhou City Government and Life Group in Leizhou City, planning to establish a joint venture company with Life Group to jointly build oilfield waste disposal and resource utilization projects in Leizhou Economic Development Zone .Ji Qinying, general manager of Conch Venture, Hu Xiaojun, executive vice mayor of Leizhou City, and Chen Weiqiang, director of Life Group, signed the contract on behalf of the three parties.
According to the agreement, the three parties will give full play to their respective advantages, enterprises will give full play to their dominant positions in the market economy, and the government will create a good investment environment to jointly seek deepening cooperation and mutual benefit.

At the signing ceremony, Ji Qinying first introduced the basic business situation, industrial layout and development plan of Conch Venture. The company has promoted more than 170 environmental protection projects in 22 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country, forming an annual disposal scale of more than 9 million tons of industrial solid and hazardous waste and more than 17 million tons of domestic waste. Among them, the sludge disposal project has been implemented in Shaanxi and Gansu, Bohai Rim, Liaoning and other key regions.
