On Dec.28th, 2013, the first stage of CCA project commencement ceremony was held in Wuhu at 11:18 a.m. The city mayor Pan Chaohui, the director of Jiangbei industrial concentration committee Yang Yan, the general manager of China Conch Venture Holdings Limited(“Conch Venture”) Ji Qinying and other relevent leader attended the ceremony.
Mr Ji Qinying addressed on the ceremony and expressed the gratitude on behalf of China Conch Venture Holdings Limited, he said that the establishment of Anhui Conch Venture New Energy-saving Building Materials Company Limited(“ Anhui NEBM”) is to response the appeal of provincial government. And in order to raise fund to develop the new project, Conch Venture, the parent company of Anhui NEBM, was successfully listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange(the stock code is “00586”) on Dec.19th,2013 which solved the problem of the project fund. The first stage of CCA project is just a start, company will increase the input during later period, initiate the second stage of the CCA project and WWCB project at the right time.
As announced by mayor, the project came into operation formally, all the people present were applauding, the ceremony ended in a happy atmosphere.
